Optics require a very high degree of precision and care when installing to give you the results you want on the range or on the hunt. A hunting trip costing several thousand dollars and requiring several years of waiting to obtain a tag can come down to one trigger pull and a good sight picture.
We start by making sure we have the correct mount for your firearm. Each gun will be different. We then level the optic with careful attention to detail. The optic is then bore sighted to ensure that the bore and the optic are properly aligned. This allows the sight to progress quickly while requiring less ammunition expenditure. The cost of mounting and bore sighting often pays for itself by saving on costly ammunition. The final stage is the sight in. The customer provides the range that they want it sighted in for and we shoot and sight in at that range.
We often find that other shops (especially "Big Box" retailers) often cut corners with this process and it can damage the optic, the gun and the mount. We know that the enjoyment of shooting includes hitting what you are shooting at and we strive to help you have a great experience.
